  • NOTE: The contractor or individual is responsible to fill and maintain the existing grade. The contractor or individual agrees to dispose of all waste materials in an approved and accepted manner. The contractor or individual is responsible for disconnecting and capping (if applicable) all utilities.

    NOTE: DEP requires a 2-week advanced notice before demolition may begin (asbestos abatement for all commercial projects).

    NOTE: A certificate of insurance is needed if a contractor is performing the demolition.
